Organic Hemp Hearts
Hemp Hearts, otherwise known as hulled hempseeds are de-shelled hemp seeds from hemp wholeseeds.
Hemp nuts (good things have a lot of names) are called superfood. Why? Mostly because hemp hearts are exceptionally nutritious. They contain a lot of Omega 3,6 and 9 fatty acids, plant-based protein, and plenty of necessary vitamins and minerals which are good for the human body. Actually they contain all ten essential amino acids for your body.
Hemp hearts have a place alongside your every meal. For example as raw snack. Sprinkle them on salads, granola, cereal, or popcorn, smash them into a veggy burger, or blend them into smoothies. Want to make hemp milk? Great idea!
Hemp hearts have a pleasant nutty taste with a much softer texture than sunflower seeds, we know that you’ll find them delicious once you try them.
To ensure the maximum quality of our products, we regularly take test samples of our produce that are checked by an independent laboratory. We actually even make the first tests of the soil where we plan to grow hemp. As a result laboratory tests are a daily routine for us, because our only goal is to keep the quality of our products high as possible. Gravity Board
The gravity board helps to sort out for example the hemp shells and empty seeds from the produce. It’s a crucial process in our production to ensure the best quality and purity in our end products. It helps to sort out most of the “foreign objects” before the product enters the final cleaning – our optical sorter. Hence – the hemp hearts that enter the optical sorter in the next step are already pre-cleaned several times and the gravity board gives the final touch before the optical sorter cleans out everything that is left.
Optical Sorter
As a result the secret behind our 99,9% purity of hemp nuts is that we have an optical sorter integrated in our production line. The optical sorter can recognize objects by color, size and shape. The sorter compares objects to user-defined accept/reject criteria to identify and remove defective pieces and foreign materials from the raw materials. As a result of fine tuning the optical sorter by our quality department we are able to provide hemp hearts with the purity of 99,9%.

Land
More than 22% of the land in Estonia is organic. We hold fourth place in urban air quality in the world (we know how to care for our environment). Thanks to the clean fresh air and soil our farmers are able to grow the best quality hemp without breaking a sweat. Our farmers grow hemp in more than 4000 ha of land yearly, and keep increasing the size of the fields. Estonia is the 2nd largest hemp grower in Europe.
Raw materials
We are a co-operation of the biggest hemp farmers in Estonia. Since our
experienced farmers have been growing hemp for decades, we have the assurance of raw materials. Simply because they know what they’re doing. That makes our production plans much easier, and we don’t have to put a lot of effort in finding raw materials to process in our factory.
